Right now, we are offering CLASSIFIED ADVERTISING at the following rates:
$25.00 per month for up to 15 words. $1.50 per word after 15 words.
E-mail address counts as one word.
Website URL counts as one word.
Phone number counts as one word.
E-mail address, website URL and phone numbers are automatically bold.
There is NO extra charge for bold!
There is NO extra charge for color! You may request a color but we do reserve the right to choose the color best suitable for our publication. This is due to how color combinations work in CMYK format.
At this time, there is NO extra charge for posting your classified ad on the website for as long as you advertise in the print edition of Penwomanship.
There is an additional $10 charge if you wish for your logo or a photo to accompany your classified. That charge covers both print and website.
As per standard procedure for classified advertising, payment is due in FULL at the time of ordering.
Example: If you run a 15 word ad for 3 months, the total cost is $75 at the time you place your order.
If you advertise for a full year (12 months), you receive a 10% discount on your order.
But here's the BEST part:
Those whose classified ad orders are received by November 30, 2005 WILL NEVER EXPERIENCE AN INCREASE IN THEIR ADVERTISING RATES.
Here's the deal: most people don't realize that publications do something called "grandfathering" . . . meaning they offer special rates that are well below actual advertising costs to long-time advertisers. They sometimes "grandfather" in new advertisers, offering them huge discounts and rates below cost.
Since Penwomanship is a women's magazine, we're calling it the "Crone Clause."
Now don't laugh. Crones are very wise women with decades of experience and wisdom.
And it is out of respect for that experience and wisdom that we are making this special offer.

Please note: there will be a delay of up to three months for the print advertising as we plan our issues in advance. HOWEVER, once we receive payment for your classified ad, we will post it to the website, giving you a few extra months of advertising at no additional charge.

The transaction may also be conducted electronically with a PayPal money request. Classified ads can be e-mailed to classifieds@penwomanship.com and we will send you a money request for the cost of the ad.
